Wow. It has been a really wonderful week. We took Monroe to Disney for the first time and it was his first birthday! There are so many photos that I created two slideshows. I'll add more pictures as I get them!
Here are the pictures from Disney. Monroe got to visit the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Blizzard Beach! Monroe really liked meeting the characters at the Magic Kingdom and seeing a show in front of the castle. He liked petting the animals and the first half of the Lion King show at Animal Kingdom. (He slept through the rest of the show.) At Blizzard Beach he had fun playing around in the water.

These are the pictures from Monroe's birthday party. First we had dinner at an Irish Pub called Raglan Road at Downtown Disney. Monroe really liked the soda bread and fries. He also enjoyed dancing along to the Irish music! We finished the evening with a Mickey party complete with Mickey cake! It was a wonderful first birthday!

Wow, looks like a fun trip! We have been thinking of taking Molly, but, you know, $$$$$$$$.
It was expensive. It helped A LOT that my parents paid for most of it and we ate breakfast and dinner in the condo. I'm not sure that we could have afforded it on our own.
SO fun! MK and I enjoyed seeing the pictures and slideshow - impressive!
Monroe is so precious! I know you're having a great time with him... and what a great trip to Disney! Thanks for sharing. ~May
P.S. Believe me, I KNOW how hard it is to keep the blog updated! Woe to those who let too many months go by with the photos just piling up! :)
My God Son is turning into a real stud muffin. Great picture with the princess!
